DMCA & Content Reports

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on MistyMC infringes your copyright, file a notice using the procedure below.

1. DMCA takedown notice

Submit your notice via email to dmca@mistymc.xyz with the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to find it (URL or in-game location).
4. Your contact info: full legal name, mailing address, phone, email.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Incomplete notices may be rejected. False or abusive notices may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

2. Counter-notification

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same formal requirements (signature, identification, statement under penalty of perjury, contact info, and consent to the relevant jurisdiction).

3. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

4. Content reports (non-DMCA)

For non-copyright issues — harassment, doxxing, illegal content, threats — use:

• On Discord: #staff-tickets
• Email (urgent): abuse@mistymc.xyz

For threats of violence or content involving minors, contact local law enforcement first. Then notify us.
