Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-05-05

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our store at mistymc.tebex.io. Tebex is our payment processor — the actual refund is processed by them on our instruction.

1. Standard 14-day refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Your item failed to deliver (didn't arrive in-game).
  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
  • You changed your mind and have not used the perks the item provides.

To request a refund, open a ticket in #store-support on Discord or email store@mistymc.xyz with:

  • Your in-game name (IGN)
  • Tebex transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The associated rank or item is removed from your account once the refund is approved.

2. Refunds outside 14 days

Refunds requested outside the 14-day window are reviewed case-by-case. We're more likely to approve them if:

  • You haven't used the rank or perks.
  • There's an exceptional circumstance (unauthorized purchase, fraud).
  • The item was misrepresented or never delivered.

3. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used, consumed, or partially redeemed (e.g. crate keys opened, kits redeemed).
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. custom name tags, custom particles applied).
  • Mist Coins purchased and spent.
  • Purchases older than 90 days, except in cases of unauthorized use.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, PayPal, or card issuer without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate, permanent ban from the Service.
  • Forfeiture of all virtual items, ranks, and progress on the affected account.
  • Possible permanent IP / hardware ban for related accounts.

We can almost always resolve refund issues directly. Please open a ticket first.

5. Account bans and refunds

Refunds are not issued for accounts banned for rule violations (cheating, harassment, etc.). If you bought a rank and were banned for cheating, you do not get the rank's value back.

However, if a ban is overturned on appeal as a false positive, your rank is restored automatically.

6. Promotional purchases

Items purchased during a discount or promotional period (e.g. "20% off global ranks") are refundable at the price you paid, not the full price. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied.

7. Currency conversion

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original purchase. Currency-conversion losses (e.g. due to exchange-rate movement) are not reimbursed.
